I visited the store this afternoon and was well looked after by Lisa, whose customer service was absolutely superb. Remarkably, she told me that it was her first day on the job and I was absolutely blown away by her product knowledge and ability to communicate this simply and effectively. More importantly though, Lisa has integrity, builds trust and genuinely wants what is best for the customer. Thank you for all your help, Lisa. You made our shopping experience a very pleasant one and I expect that your colleagues and future customers will love you!

Very good if you don't want to wear a face mask while looking for your cooking utensils. Staff should be congratulated by senior management on not hassling non mask wearers. Well done.

Not managing customers in and out properly, sign said 12 people less than that in. Only a few items had decent discounts. No track and trace check-in
