Extremely disappointed with the staff as they were very rude and talked down to us. Had visited to get an idea of what kind of designs we'd like for an upgrade on a bathroom and get an idea of price and if a design appealed to us and staff had spoken well we would have gone back another day to purchase. I definitely won't be purchasing from here after the way we were spoken to. It's a shame because I do prefer to help local businesses but these guys don't deserve it. The person who saw to us was a female member of staff, not sure of her name, who delivers a very poor quality of service. She also made us feel very rushed and like she didn't want to show us around.
Would Highly Recommend, Excellent service from start to finish, Andrew was very helpful in designing and ordering everything for our kitchen for us & the fitters Shaun & Phil did a great job always turned up on time & fitted everything to a very high standard. Our new kitchen looks very impressive and at a very reasonable price.
A really great experience. Deb who served us was very knowledgeable and gave us great advice. Quality products.
Went to look at shower or wet rooms. Walked around .No prices just bay numbers. No staff spoke to us .shame as had some.nice.stuff
As just bay number we had to ask prices, this seems to much trouble for the staff, could not be bothered explaining prices, ended up walking out. Shame as thought we had found what we had been looking for.
