Great opening hours and easy parking. Friendly helpful employees. Good range of products. Pretty easy to find what you need despite its large size.

Absolutely packed ... Sunday about 12:30. Queues for the tills were all along the shops. Sorry to say it was not a good experience today . Luckily the item I wanted was mot stocked so able to exit quickly!

B&Q staff are fantastic at pretty much every store, but in Sutton they are genuinely helpful and friendly. Well priced products and a good selection. Large store with plenty of aisle space, don't seem to queue long to either get in or pay for your items.
