I have been doing CMF classes for over 4 years now and I can honestly say that it is the best way to get and stay fit with a bunch of like minded and truly nice and supportive people. Whatever your fitness level, it will improve and you will have great fun making it happen. Jamie works us hard but somehow manages to make us laugh at the same time; this is so important. If you want to stick with something then you have to love it!

I have been training at cmf for a year and it's the fittest I've been and love everything about it. I did gym classes before and they are nothing to the work and result you get from cmf! You won't get a better trainer than Jamie he's the best and knows how to get you fit

I have been going to CMF for around six months now and have grown to enjoy it a lot. I have definitely noticed a massive change in my physical fitness. I started going because I want to join the RAF and thought it would help me improve my overall fitness level and it has. Jamie has been really supportive of me and always encourages me to try my hardest. I would definitely recommend CMF to anyone as it is a great experience.

I joined CMF over 3 years ago. Previously I used to pretend to exercise at the gym whilst watching the flatscreen TV. Now, however, I know what exercise really is and I can honestly say that I have never been fitter. Aside form the fact that my fitness has greatly improved ( I began as a blue bib but now wear the black bib- the highest rank!) I also thoroughly enjoy every class. Exercise in the outdoors certainly beats the gym any day. No class is ever the same and we work on every part of the body, giving all over fitness. My first ever class was nerve-racking, but Jamie and the other members soon make you feel at home. Everyone is encouraged to work to the best of their ability and therefore everyone can improve at their own rate. If you are serious about getting fit, there's no better way. It comes highly recommended.

I started Civilian Military Fitness in February after my wife had been going for 2 years continuously prior to this. She was constantly saying how good if was and I must admit you could physically see how the sessions had worked. To be honest I was a bit sceptical having done something similar to this in the past which didn't appeal to me. There was no need to sceptical though. After the 1st session I was hooked and by the end of week 2 I had already completed 8 sessions. Each session is different, intense, enjoyable and rewarding. I couldn't recommend Civilian Military Fitness enough.
