Great place .. Community spirit great staff and friendly members

Awesome gym, very helpful staff and plenty of equipment
Not impressed at all. I tried to arrange to visit the gym for a look around. First day I went there were no staff available and I apparently had to book an appointment online. That seemed a bit unnecessary as I only needed to see if it had the equipment I wanted.
The next available appointment was at 1200 on new years day. So I booked on, received reminders to attend over both text and email. I turned up at 1150 and waited until 1220. Nobody would answer the doorbell or the phone. I saw one member of staff walk in and leave again 10 minutes later. He was in uniform but either wouldn't look at me or didnt notice me.
I sent an email to the gym which has not been replied to.
I did get a phone call on the thursday but unfortunately it was in the middle of the work day.
I've been using different gyms for years and never have I had so much messing about just to see it!!
So I will definitely not be looking again to see the gym.
A good range of equipment and plenty of classes offered. The bathroom facilities are also excellent.
