Great gym - really welcoming and friendly to people of all standards. Can’t recommend it highly enough.
Amazing box
Fantastic place to work out and train. Great people and community spirit. Paul and Ollie are great coaches and will help you out. The result is 3 stone lost so far in less than 2 years and I feel stronger than ever.
I have rang Paul 3-4 times and text him approximately 4 times also asking if I can join the gym. Half of my attempts to contact him were ignored the other half I was told he’d get back to me. I’ve been trying to join for nearly a month now and have finally given up. I will join a different gym.
I find it absolutely appalling that a business can be so ignorant to not appreciate new custom. So many hard working, small business owners work ridiculously hard just to make ends meet. Obviously Cross fit Hexis isn’t short of money and doesn’t need new custom. Lucky you.
Truly an awesome gym, great vibe and and great people.
