I had to call the surgery and the receptionist was extremely helpful and a callback from the doctor was extremely professional. I very rarely need to call the surgery but I am a big believer in giving credit when I receive good service. Thank You
Do not go to this surgery they let people go with out their prescriptions and the receptionists think they are above the doctors. Very rude and impolite. This surgery must be the worst in the UK. I mean not to get your prescription. That is there number one job and they fail on that.. DONT GO
Worst surgery we have ever been with had a nightmare with them since me had to move to them over 4 years
Haven't been to the surgery for 15 years but I wanted to get some travel injections. Abruptly told on the phone that I have to fill in a form, which is fair enough however how would I know there is a form to fill in when the website has nothing on this. At least make available online or add some information about where to get the form.
A lot of GP surgeries have poor reception staff from my experience and this conversation just reinforces that perception.
Staff don't care about anyone else time, even when empty they still expect you to wait. The shortest time waiting was 40min normally it's over an hour.
Looks like it's standard for this GP
