By far the worst GP surgery i have ever been to. Nobody is now allowed inside the surgery so you have to wait outside even in the freezing cold. Suspected infection and feeling very unwell was told to come straight down and they make me wait outside for half an hour! Staff are plain rude and very unhelpful! They tell you to call at 8am but you can’t get through until the afternoon and then the appointments are all gone for the next couple of days! It’s a total shambles and I will now be joining another surgery!

I've been with this doctors for about 4 months and so far my experience here has been terrible. You TRY phoning for an appointment at 8am and there is no way you can get through. When you eventually get through about 30 mins later, you are answered by a rude receptionist who must think they're doctors because they decide to instantly diagnose you over the phone and tell you that your matter isn't urgent even though it was my 4 month old daughter, I fought since last Friday to get to even speak to a doctor and only after phoning and explaining how disgusted I was, would they put me in with an on call doctor that could miraculously ring me 20 minutes later and offer me an appointment 2 hours later at the surgery, who ended up giving my little girl the medication she needed. That's without the doctor saying the FRIDAY before that they were not prepared to speak to me regarding my daughter and that I should phone back to make an appointment, which is was told there is no appointments until next week. You can't win. I don't believe receptionists should tell us patients that our problems are not urgent. Will be moving surgeries.

Terribly hard to get through to. Staff are kind, lovely, nice and understanding, which makes up for it.

As a new patient my experience has been brilliant. Registration was quick and easy and when I phoned two days later for an appointment I got straight through and was offered a range of times. Doctor Evans was kind and thorough, felt that he really listened to me. Reception team also really friendly and helpful. Health related things generally terrify me but this experience so far has been faultless.

It's good surgery however lately their communication with patients has been very poor and getting prescriptions are a nightmare not very well organised.
