Our Monks Bench is a gorgeous piece of furniture that finishes off our hallway beautifully. Well worth waiting for it to be made. As a family of five we can keep everyone’s coats and shoes neatly in their place ready to go when we need to leave. The customer service is as good with swift replies to any questions.
Was a bit apprehensive buying furniture online but I needn't have worried. The furniture is of fantastic quality and the customer service was brilliant. They answered all my questions very quickly and with a lot of detail (even with all the disruption of covid!). Even sent a very helpful care sheet for my bespoke bathroom vanity. Beautiful furniture and fantastic customer service! The whole journey from ordering to delivery was seamless. The team were really helpful with questions we had and kept us up to date with our order. Our shoe storage bench arrived in great condition and we love it! Would highly recommend and definitely buy from here again.
