Test was fine. But why charge people £195 when you won’t return the tests within the 24 hr return period paid for? And then i get fed straight lines from a ‘customer service’ rep suggesting that everyone has to wait in line for their results, like somehow this is my fault: then don’t have separate 24/48 hr services and charges of you want a waiting line for everyone! Paid to reduce the stress of testing: instead, got extra stress. Thanks.

My wife called in good faith asking for advice about our son. The 15-minute 'consultation' was abruptly terminated after 10 minutes and the 'advice' received was a patronising summary of our faults as parents. I strongly advise anyone to stick with the NHS and spend £50 more wisely. Equally, if you want to empty your wallet, give the proceeds to a care home.

We have supplied this company with a Plexr system. The clinic bought through finance the end of December, was then trained on 17th February due to being unable to match diaries before this. This is normal as many clinics very busy as are our trainers. Our t&c's clearly state we are not bound by training dates or delivery of training, specifically not for loss of earnings through this period. To arrange training and match dairies regularly takes around 2-8 weeks however can take longer, in this instance was between 6- 7 weeks.. It seems extremely unreasonable they have left negative reviews on our company. We have gone over and above offering free products as goodwill however they expect the deposit paid returned and two months payments on an already heavily discounted Plexr system.. The clinic should have read the lease agreements payment schedule and then would have realised payments start the day you accept delivery of machine and not when trained which we have no control over. Auto: CLINIC REVIEW Hi I am an aesthetic doctor and recently purchased Plexr device from Naturastudios. The sales team, Simon; told me that training can be arranged easily so I went ahead to buy the device December time before Christmas 2019. Now, I have been told that no trainer available until near end of February 2020. I have parted money to start business but now delayed training means no income as I cannot use device. Studio refused to reimburse loss of income. Not happy.
