After 53 years at my previous practice I was rather scared to have to change practice due to moving. I need not have worried as this practice has the most caring and considerate staff I have come across, not just for me but my children too. I have had no problem seeing the GPs or nurses and the support staff are very kind. An amazing surgery.

I am not very often use the facility... but i had bad experience... Apart from its hard to get through... Rang the GP .. receptionist poor handling the call. I feel that i wasting their time calling them.. this not the 1st time i had experienced the way handling the call .

The surgery has been revamped in the last year and is a clean, airy space but the most impressive thing is the staff (they have another surgery in Pentwyn that the Drs divide their time between) . The reception staff are very welcoming and the Doctors I've seen have all been reassuringly excellent and thorough. I can't praise them highly enough.

The surgery is fine but the appointment booking system is a nightmare. I have been trying for a week to get a routine appointment for 2 weeks time and it is almost impossible. Every time I manage to get through they have either all gone or they were never released due to the "doctors changing the surgery type". Same day appointments are fine but not everyone can leave work at the drop of a hat. I was also told by a receptionist to call at 8.30 am for routine appointments, despite their recorded phone message telling you not to do so due to emergencies. I have done this but still haven't been able to actually get anything! All-in-all a very exasperating experience.
