Always had 1st class service from Reception Staff, Nurses and Doctors. No trouble getting an appointment as long as you're on the ball at 8am. I've been using these Doctors for over 10 years. They used to be on Newport Road in a very old run down converted house, the new premises is fantastic. I recommended this centre to my parents when they moved locally and they've also been pleased with the service provided.

Well, I have been a patient here for about 30 years now, I have NEVER had any problems with the reception staff, they are great with me, and over the years I have become quite friendly with them, I know it's difficult to get to see Dr Gerson, but the reason for that is the fact that he is a brilliant Doctor and everyone wants to see him. I have never had any problems getting to see a Doctor as an emergency appointment. On a few occasions I have phoned as late as 3:30pm and the receptionists always gets me a same day appointment. And I can say the same for the pharmacy, The staff there are also brilliant and very helpful and friendly, and the owner Mr Bohgul ( sorry Mr G I know I can't spell your name) Well, he is a godsend, I have discovered over the years that he is able to diagnosis your problems and either recommend you see a doctor or is able and competent to give you the required information and medication, If it was not for the Primary Care Centre I would of died years ago A Huge thank you to all of you.

Went to the clinic upstairs. The receptionist was lovely and informed me it would be a long wait. Overall, was waiting for approximately one hour. Saw a nurse called Alice, very cold. She shouts your name, walks off and expects you to follow her. Told her my issues and said that she couldn't help me at all. That what I needed help with would take three weeks, I'm at the wrong place and kept telling me I was wrong. I told her that their webpage was very confusing and misleading. She had a go at me and kept shutting me down. I left in tears as her body language and the way she spoke to me was appalling. Luckily, everyone saw in reception as she spoke in a raised voice and flew her hands in the air, slapping her thighs. The receptionist apologised and explained that Alice was not having a good day and was stressed/ pressured/ frustrated. Thing is, if you're those things, you shouldn't be working in a place that needs patience and understanding. This place deals with matters of a sensitive nature. Alice was completely the opposite. Thankfully, I got to see a lovely doctor and I'm seeing her tomorrow. AVOID ALICE. HER PERFORMANCE NEEDS REVIEWING!!!

Absolutely terrible practice. The receptionist is very rude and treats you as if you're beneath her and shes actually paying for the prescription herself. No help at all and the past couple of occasions have been very upsetting for a grown lady.

My one star relates to the reception staff. Unfortunately I have experienced their incompetence to many times Recently they have not been honest regarding my contact with them. It is not all reception staff but unfortunately I have experienced as others on their reviews a lot of unneeded issues. As the facts clarify which are beyond question. If you make a mistake hold your hand up and say sorry rather than fib. And blame the patient to cover up your incompetence. The Doctors at the practice I have always found to be helpful and I have no issues there. Just wish the main partners would take notice of these reviews and act.
