This is a fantastic pet shop, providing essential care and food items, as well as treats, grooming, and home comforts for all the pets I have, which include exotics. It is a gem within Retford - if I moved away, I'd travel back to shop here for my pets needs! The staff are knowledgeable and always friendly and helpful, and home delivery is also available. I cannot fault this shop in any way.

Most welcoming pet store I have ever been too. I love how the store has grown and you can tell they really care about quality products without it being too expensive. The best part for me , is the fact I can take my dogs for a walk , I can walk around their cozy and beautiful garden area before going into the store. (As long as dogs are behaved and stay on lead) I can then go to their amazing dog treat area with my dogs and get them a pick and mix selection. Walk ways can be a little narrow with your dog in some areas but we definitely enjoyed our time there. Ended up walking back home with some lovely plants as well 😁

Travelling from London to Scotland, our fish were having a troubling time. We called, and Tom provided us step by step on how to best help our fish to travel safer and with less stress. We stopped by, where he helped us transfer our fish into a new bag with more oxygen and gave our most loved fish some much needed emergency care. Would recommend Bradlands and Tom to any fish owner!

Wide range of dog food, massive variety of toys, very knowledgeable around tropical fish. Sorry I don't have a cat, but you can guarantee that they will cover cats as well
