Great service from Emily in the groom room, good advice on our dog Archie's future grooming. Only downside is the cost, its increased quite a bit of late, and at £64 for a hand strip and groom, it feels a bit too expensive. Vouchers always arrive after the groom and are only valid for 30 days meaning they expire before the next groom is due so no reward for my 8 years of loyalty.
Got V. I. P. App they log it on there computer as well.. Took puppy for groom. Half price with VIP app but left my phone at home.. Was charged 31 pounds instead of 12 50 because I didn't have my phone app.. But if they got my details on computer why not use that.. Rip off
