Jodie and all at Top Pets are fantastic. Always helpful and a smile. I bulk buy my dogs raw meat, and no matter how short notice I give them my order is always ready for me when I get there. Stock a great range of pet products too. Can't recommend them highly enough
I buy my all my dog related products from here. Couldn't be happier with the service from Jodie, David and Anthony, they all go above and beyond including helping to load larger/heavier orders into your car. I've also recently purchased their indoor and outdoor waterproof dog beds in large for my 3 and they are brilliant don't hold dog hairs and large enough to fit a German Shepherd and a German Shepherd cross Boxer on at the same time and as you can see the dogs love it.. So much so that we now have three lol
I can honestly say that their raw food is the best around, nothing is too much trouble. Put my order in by messenger, by the time I arrive it’s all ready and waiting, then it’s then loaded into my car. They are always happy to help 😀😀😀
Excellent, very good prices, staff have good knowledge of products and very helpful. Large selection of dog beds, I bought a large dog bed few weeks ago, seen exactly the same dog bed in another pet shop £45 at Top pets I paid £19.99 and it's fantastic quality my dog loves it . Thanks to all the staff for their help this morning.
Lovely little family run shop, nothing is too much trouble for them. I message them through their Facebook page and get a response back very quickly. Place an order with them for next day collection
