Placed an order Sept 20 for 10 x 2-3inch shubunkin and 10 x 2-3 inch yellow comets. One shubunkin arrived with mouth rot and died same day. Yellow comets were no where near 2-3 inch. Rest of fish still in quarantine. Refunded £1! Buy from local store where you can see the fish better for you and the fish.

Cold with an emergency on a Sunday afternoon vested water parameters and did a fish srape.. knowledgeable and very helpful

Hubby bought 10 Neons and 20 Guppies via Derbyshire Koi & Aquatics ebay storefront. They didn't come on agreed date and had to rearrange. Not as happy with packaging or delivery as with other on-line sellers. After 2 days the 10 Neons were dead. At the moment we have only 2 sickly looking guppies left. Plus we have lost many of our own fish. We have kept tropical fish for 50 years and have never had trouble like this before.The seller ignored my hubby's email and was a tad aggressive when he put a negative review on ebay. I am only writing this review as I am concerned about the welfare of the other fish they sell.

Lovely place, very helpful and knowledgable, they helped me choose the right pump for a stream i have built. It works like they said it would.
