The staff were extremely helpful and took the time to help calm my timid puppy, offering her treats and giving lots of affection to help her settle and feel more comfortable. Once my puppy had had enough and I needed to carry her out to the car, one of the members of staff brought out my shopping! Excellent service! Thank you :)
