Absolutely love this place.... Lots to do for all ages. Lots of information on the way too. The parks a brill for the kids. You definitely need a full day to do everything. It's really clean, staff really helpful. A really fun adventure for all the family x

Although there are lots of new rules around the park, this doesn't impact on the venue itself. The zoo is immaculately clean and all the staff walk around with a smile on their face and interact with the public. Everyone was so friendly and it's clear to see the animals are all looked after so well. Highly recommend but bring comfortable shoes and a jacket because the park is big and requires a lot of walking and it truly is a fully day out. Excellent day. Thank you Chester zoo

Amazing day out. All staff were super friendly, animals all looked happy and healthy. Checked out most exhibits during the day and covered about 9 kilometres in all! Highly recommended.

Even though current circumstances meant we had to queue and some areas was closed. Our family had a wonderful time at Zoo! Still a wonderful day out with little ones and big ones . Thank for all the staff, very helpful and always smiling!

Fantastic day out for anybody. Plenty of different animals to see. Prices aren't too bad either. We spent the full day here, so worth every penny. Will definitely recommend.
