If you're looking for good treatment find different practice. They are not helpful at all, they not care about your health.

was not very happy, the last time i spoke to the receptionist she was very rude and then put then phone down before i finished talking! as for the doctor, she tried to give my son something over the phone before seeing him then when i insisted she seen him he needed something completely different and not what she was trying to give him over the phone!

Thought it was bad when it was strelley health center,now it's changed to broad Oak they still don't answer the phone, glorified secretary saying you can't make an appointment unless you tell them why,what has it got to do with a secretary why I want to see the doctor

Asked for a letter as taking needles abroad was told charge for letter is £60. Guess I'm not taking the needles. Rip off.
