Excellent service, great choice of glasses and experienced opticians who care. Very happy.
I've only been using Scrivens for about 8-10 months but think that the customer service I receive here is excellent. Everyone is cheerful and chatty and always feel welcome. Old fashioned standards. Great job by all.

They are an optician's they do what they say on the tin I've been happy with them for the last two years and I hope to be on the next two years
If you qualify for an NHS voucher and aren't sure that you actually want to wear glasses because of the small improvement that your prescription will make to your eyes, have the optician make out the voucher anyway.
If you change your mind later and try to get them to give you your voucher, they will refuse and you will have a real fight on your hands. I've been back three times and they are still fighting me. I'm about to contact the practice management over the issue.
