Retest for test at another outlet which provided specs I could not use. Thorough and efficient so far. Restored my faith slightly. We'll see when specs are made up. Will stick to Ilkeston in future
Hi, yes I rang the other week about extreme pain in my eye and blurriness and my whole eye was bright red, no one answered which is fine as they must have been busy, and then a lovely woman called me back and said an optician would contact me ASAP to maybe see me, however no one contacted me at all. I'm really disappointed. This was at the Ilkeston branch.

Brilliant customer service from everyone who I me at specsavers, everyone was pleasant and helpful. Cleanliness was priority during my visit here due to covid 19.. Would highly recommend.
In and out in the blink of an eye. Sorted with two pairs of reading glasses and a pair of prescription safety specs. Nothing too much trouble. Welcoming and friendly staff.
