What a fantastic range of furniture. We were looking for a rise and recline chair, of which they must have the largest range around, certainly more than other furniture chains. Certainly a top quality range. And very knowledgeable staff.

We bought a Parker Knoll suite at the Castle Boulevard, Nottingham store. The service was excellent and we managed to get a much better deal than elsewhere. After a few months, the fabric on our suite was not as good as we would have liked so we contacted Frank Knighton. Richard Knighton from the Ilkeston store came out to see us at home and to have a look at the suite himself. It is a measure of how good a company is when their after-sales is excellent too. Frank Knighton is a family business who pride themselves on customer service, and it shows. Richard changed the suite with no issues at all, and our new one arrived today delivered by Nick Knighton and nephew, Arthur. We would thoroughly recommend this company and in fact we would go so far as to say we won’t go anywhere else when looking for a new suite in the future. Many thanks to all the team. If you want great customer service, helpful advice and so much choice you need to go to Frank Kinghtons. No hard sell , they just listen to what you want and give you options. Would definitely go back

Great range of settees, corner unites plus bespoke build furniture if required. Nice service both at Derby and Ilkeston stores.. 🙋‍♂️

A great find. We decided to visit the Ilkeston store. There was a friendly welcome on our arrival and we were able to browse uninterrupted with no hard sell which was so nice .OUR questions were answered with excellent product knowledge and this helped us to make our decision. We ordered two lazy boy settees which we are delighted with. This company gives great customer service from start to finish. Prices very competitive Would definitely recommend.
