I Went here earlier as i was looking to buy new sofas. Got greeted by a member of staff called Chris. He was kind, extremely helpful and explained everything to detail .Thank you Chris ,cant wait for the sofas to arrive. !!
It was a bit strange with the one way system due to Covid but the salesman Chris was excellent- he was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
We went back the next day to order our furniture and were more than happy to see Chris again- it was an easy and hassle free experience all round!

We bought a sofa from scs in January.. got delivered on 20th of Feb.. By the 6th of march we were calling them up because the centre cushion, had dropped and gone out of shape. They attempted a botched repair, so had to complain again. Apparently in the first 2 weeks of receiving it and until now, we are sitting on it incorrectly!!! We took it to an independent review arbitrator.. and they took the decision by scs to be the right one.. I'm 65 years of age and obviously in need of some training about how to sit on a sofa.. !!. Save your money folks.. if you are after furniture to last a long time.. then ,look elsewhere. Unless you are prepared to accept rubbish quality goods..

We purchased a layzboy and the whole thing from start to finish was a pleasant experience.
Very nice, knowledgeable staff and very clean store adhering to excellent standards during covid-19
