The team at Studio 1-2-1 have helped me lose 3.5 stone in a healthy way and build muscle. Their private 1-2-1 sessions are focused and very efficient (as well as a lot of fun) and by sticking to that and making small changes to my diet (that they planned with me) has made a huge difference. I am fitter, leaner, my body doesn't hurt and i have taken 5 inches off my waist. I cant recommend Studio 1-2-1 enough, no silly 'gym' mentality, just support and results!
