Addictive! Once you start you just can't stop! All the instructors are dedicated into seeing you achieve results, there is no hiding, there is no chance to cheat the exercises when you think they are not looking, they are!, they're like stalkers watching your every move! ...who push you to your core, and that's why everyone sees the results! Because they're the best, dedicated instructors! A must try! :-D A nice, friendly, sociable, family feel atmosphere too! :-D

The guys at My Gym Space most definitely have that personal touch. My Gym Space is just what we needed in kirkby. It's so refreshing to have a place where you feel comfortable, are really encouraged and praised for your efforts and offers such a wide range of great classes and training that you can feel are working, are most definitely fun and everyone who goes is so friendly. Each instructor is absolutely fantastic, they take the time to cater to your needs, push you in a positive direction and are incredibly approachable and I personally haven't experienced that before. You will never get bored of classes because they're so varied, each week is carefully planned, thought out and different. My Gym Space have already helped me so much in my fitness levels, confidence, ability and motivation. Highly recommended.... And that's coming from a previously gym shy person... well not anymore and it's all down to you My Gym Space, you are really nailing it. a huge well done

Highly recommend MGS. Signed up to there 6 weeks biggest looser challenge, I gained insane results and they helped me change my views on a healthy living lifestyle forever.

Dan helped me lose 10 stone in just over 6 months, i've never felt or looked so good in all my life. Love this studio.Highly recommended. Love the classes.

Fabulous fitness studio with motivational Personal Trainer (s). Excellent equipment and large variety of classes to suit all. Highly recommend.
