Very helpful
The actual optician was 5 star and very professional. The front of shop, they're ok, but just weren't engaged. The front of shop did there bit and that's it, lacking that extra customer care that's very important today. In addition to this, I purchased the £99 range and wasnt offered the buy one get one free promotion, I had to remind the lady about it.

I was going to give this 5 stars for the appointment itself. I attended a hearing test which was carried out by a lovely lady called Hannah. She explained everything and was friendly. I was told I would receive the results and report in a couple of days. Fast forward 3 weeks still nothing. I even telephoned them chasing this up. But still nothing. My next move is request a refund
Had my eye test today treated expertly lovely lady she has been there a while tested my eyes before was a bit worried when going to choose my specs as things very different now heard u had to pick 3 frames off internet and not able to touch frames in store not true the lady( sorry didn't get name but was very nice and helpful )help me pick as many frames as I wanted then took me to a table with mirror to try on and helped me choose well done all at Specsavers Arnold always had good service from u all thank you
