No walk in appointments, I tried to call 08:00am till 12:00pm can’t get through, tried day after and after in two weeks , more than 300 call ( records in my mobile ) , none one time get in ! How can be like that !

This used to be a fabulous practice, I never used to have any problems seeing a gp that I was familiar with, and always recieving the best care possible. Now, I am afraid to say, over the last few years, things really have changed, and not for the better! Getting an appointment with a regular gp is almost impossible let alone trying to get an appointment at all! As for getting repeat prescriptions done correctly and in good time, forget it! I know things are difficult at this time, but this practice has been struggling for a good while before the Corona virus outbreak.

If I could give no stars I would, I have had some tests done I got told I would get notified within two weeks with me results. I had to call three weeks later, I got told oh yes we got these back a week ago. Then I got told a doctor needs to call me, I have called three times to speak to just some one because as you can imagine I am anxious about it, but instead all you get is the rude and vile receptionist woman in the phone not willing to help you and trying to shut you up to get you off the phone! This women also does this to a lot of people because my friends and family know exactly who it is! Avoid at all costs unless you want to be spoken to like a child.

We’ve always had an excellent experience and we’ve always received excellent care. Yes, it’s an incredibly busy practice, but that’s not unexpected, so keep that in mind. Everyone from the receptionists to the doctors and nurses have been wonderful and they’re doing their best with (probably the stretched!) resources they have.

Avoid this practice if you can. No stars from me. Terrible new walk in system waiting times over 2 hours, 1 doctor on this morning with a full waiting room. Was like this before C virus, no excuses for this loveless practice
