Great gym and lots of boxing bags, boxing ring, and a few strong man/woman equipment
Great gym! I’ve been quite a few times for boxing sessions and a couple for gym use. The staff are very welcoming & friendly. A good place to let off some steam and keep fit! Would highly recommend.👍🏻💪🏻
Good supportive atmosphere for people of all skill levels
This in my opinion is the best old school gym. The boxing classes are spot on and the PTs are great.
