Really helpful. I wasn't quite sure what I needed for the base of a playhouse. They pointed me in the right direction, weren't condescending, and were nice and quick.

Amazing service. Have been trying to sort out a new gas canister for my BBQ. Originally went to B&Q and they wouldn't refresh my 13kg canister unless a purchased a whole new BBQ and if it did it would be a little 5kg tank. I ended up buying a BBQ, and they still couldn't sort out my gas replacement. Gave Frank Key a call, they had it in stock, 30mins later I'm driving home with a new 13kg tank in the boot. Well done guys, you're my new go to supplier for gas, and I'll be recommending you to my friends.
