Always been very helpful and polite to me. Very happy with this practice. Been to two others in Mansfield and was treated like dirt. Top marks for this practice

This medical center is simply not good enough. They apparently have extended hours now! this is from their own web page ....."As part of working in a federated way extended access will be provided across two locations. Every Saturday morning appointments are available for GP and nurse, these are pre-bookable from 08:30 – 12:30"......Sounds great, only when you try to book an appointment (Not easy to do at this practice normally) you get a reply of "This surgery is now closed"

Very poor with repeat perscriptions, I have had to chase mine for 5 months running. Not good enough, Pharmacy blame medical centre and vice versa, but have seen evidence that request had been made by pharmacy.

Last week, I phoned to make a appointment for my autistic son that got a horrible tooth ache, they said to contact 111, which ii is strange as only the doctor do always the referral for the specialist to see my son at the hospital, however following this instruction I was told to contact the committee hospital and them told me to phone another number then they asked me to go back to my doctor,?????, OK, so back to doctor, the reception told me the doctor will not be able to see my son for one week, or phone them in the afternoon but they will not be sure if anyone will be available, then, rudely she Disregard me, I told her her system is wrong and should be sensitive to people need, then she told me to sit down,, I had to rise my voice in disbelief, no care, no people skill, a least the manager had the politeness to listen me and told apologies for the situation, and that her receptionist was wrong, and will ensure some one will call me about, 1pm. It is 3pm, still waiting, and my son cried of pain 4 times already, not good service at all, I guessed if it was their family in distress, things will be different. Day after, manager contacted me, and organise an appointment on line, with prescription ready in the afternoon, so I change my 1 star to 3, as my situation was dealt with, however it will has not be gone that far if proper system was into place. Will see how will the future bring
