Trying to get appointment for over a week, rang 103 times and still busy and cant get through. Was told to ring as bp high and risk of heart attack or stroke but cant get through then when you do all appointments are gone, this system doesn’t work at all and will cause a death soon with there lack of care

Changing my doctors as this one never answers there phones. When i try and make an appoitment they say i have to ring at half 8 in the morning so i do and no answer yet again phone back a few hours later and got one for 11. Then 45 minutes after waiting i went to ask how long it was going to be till i got seen another 4 in front of me. This doctors is awful and dont respect you when you ask them things. And is very difficult for a worker to get an appoitment!
