Only go here for my diabetic eye screening and also a check up cos getting headaches was told they do it with screening thought yeah great. The option gave off a I know it all vibe, made a big deal that I'm now long sighted in both eyes (I already knew cos I go to vision express) then after told that I can leave. When I did the receptionist called me to go back cos they didn't do the eye test. Also when waiting you feel uncomfortable the receptionists keeps staring at u also talking about other patients loudly so everyone could hear. Refuse to go back there for future screenings.

Had great service at my eye test today! I was served by Jen, she was professional and a great personality. Hope to see her again on a Wednesday or Sunday... Alex Girvan

Excellent service. Lovely and professional staff, all appointments on time. Diabetic retinopathy check and sight test completed easily and without fuss despite being a wheelchair user. Mirror at correct height to check new glasses for wheelchair user, something others overlook. Very helpful and friendly staff, also very calmingly dealt with, came away feeling as if I has spent some time with friends rather than strangers. Thank you so much Boots I will certainly return again.

Horrendous! Came for an optitians appointment i was given some lenses to trial and was told he was ordering some others for me to trial after a week. Came for my appointment a week later at 12.50 (the time written on my card) was told i couldnt be seen because appointment was 12.30. Came for another appointment to trial the next set of lenses and was sat in store for an hour and 10 minutes to be told the lenses hadnt even been ordered was given some other lenses to trial instead (should have been 2 different types since id requested to trial these 2 types 3 times) the optitian decided not to give me the 2nd set for whatever reason. Had to make yet another appointment to trial the other set and now its been cancelled ive been trying for the last half an hour to get through to them on the phone and ive been passed from pillow to post and left on hold! Absolutely fuming!

took my sunglasses in to the Mansfield branch as one of the nose rests was lost, new one fitted and on my way within 2 minutes and with NO CHARGE. Old fashioned service with a smile and without cost-superb
