Not happy with the service they provided ! First they ordered wrong the lenses for my glasses! Than I had to wait for two weeks for the other lenses to come! And for this I had to chase them on the phone asking for them all the time because they never bothered to give me a date just said a few days when it actually took 2 weeks more ! Than I went to their shop to ask for the glasses at 1.30pm for them to tell me : “yes they have arrived this morning.” But still they didn’t bother to call me and let me know all those hours later .
Than I have noticed my lenses to have different thickness! And eventhough I know that is because of the difference in the numbers other opticians had managed to make my lenses in the same thickness so it wouldn’t look bad ! Overall I am very disappointed and won’t be going back again!

Staff are really nice in here. Came and got an eye test, everything went smoothly. Then came back to pick up my glasses. I highly recommend

Went into the vision express in four seasons today with my broken glasses and they repaired them for me in their lab. All the staff were lovely and had an interest in my day. Made me feel very welcome and comfortable even though I didn’t want to spend any money and buy more glasses. Thank you very much will be spreading a good word to my family about today’s service
