Should be having a follow up phone call from a doctor about mri results, said afternoon appointment and still waiting for this phone call at 17.40 pm, the reception staff really rude and couldnt wait until i was off the phone, this place is ridiculous

Absolutely disgusted. Was temporary patient here to become registered. Had stomach abscess due to diabetes type 1. They removed me stating ive been somewhere else which is false. Ive tried for weeks to get in as have lump in breast armpit neck under ear and now kidney and they wont see me or register me. So waited weeks to get in and now they’ve removed me i cant be seen. So have more lumps now and no gp. Absolutely disgusting. Reporting to pals for neglect of care

I'm not a patient however apparently my good name had been discussed by a senior Dr that I had caused one of their patients illness this is totally unfounded infact their patient is known to the police for causing problems I have written 3 times to the practice manager not even the politeness to response, obviously few manners, I have therefore taken a further complaint to the health authorities,my name was openly stated in a court of law that a Dr had discussed my name this is not at all acceptable I have referred it to the GMC,
