I have had Dr's all over the country, but when it comes to the phones being answered this is unquestionably the worst! Again today I have been trying to ring for a prescription. From 8.30 to 9.45 I have rang 104 times, yes, 104 and the phone was 'engaged' every time! This happens every month. Ring, engaged, hang up, ring, engaged.... The Dr pays himself £96k/annum, you would think he could get someone to answer the phones!
Just joined. Excellent service so far. Very polite receptionist.
