Dan is a great PT...I signed up for 3 months and he’s really helped change my attitude towards food and fitness. Before I met Dan the only exercise I did was walking to and from work; I wanted to make a change but didn’t really know how or where to start; I lacked the confidence to take the plunge and sign up at a regular gym. Dan’s advice and workout sessions gave me that confidence and now exercise is part of my regular routine. Dan is experienced, he can teach you a lot about nutrition and is great motivator, he will guide you through each session and give you a personal programme that suits your own ability. Although it takes effort at the start once you’re in a routine and you see the benefits it will spur you to carry on. If you’re committed to becoming fitter and healthier or in need of a complete lifestyle change, then I would highly recommend Dan to help you do it!

Dan is a brilliant PT. He enabled me to achieve my fitness goals by taking the time to really understand what I was aiming for. Dan built a bespoke programme for me and he consistently taught me something new in every session, whilst holding me to account to ensure I progressed. I felt that he was personally dedicated to helping me achieve what I wanted. I would recommend Dan to anyone who would like to transform their body, he takes personal training to a new level!

Dan is a fantastic personal trainer. Starting out I lacked confidence in the gym, I was attending classes that I didn’t enjoy and I was completely unaware of what I needed to do to see the progress I wanted but going to Dan changed all that for me. He is full of knowledge about nutrition aswell as fitness and reminds you constantly that it’s all about the balance of both these things for a healthy lifestyle. I have learned so much from going to PT sessions with Dan and am grateful for all his hard work! He’s also very friendly and easy to talk to. A definite recommend!!
