Excellent gym. The training sessions are excellent and I can feel I'm improving each time. The coaches help a lot and are really encouraging.
You can't choose any better mma and kickboxing gym than Spirit Dojo.
Well experienced coaches,plus you get well motivated when you are trained by Paul who is a great fighter.
