We have used Progressive Furnishings for a few major purchases in the past and have always been pleased with the service we received. Recently we were looking for three specific items of furniture to fit in with our decor. It was becoming a nightmare traveling around various shops. However, PF were able to offer a service to adjust items to suit. The result has been three pieces where the finish has been colour matched in their workshops to our requirements at a realistic price. We are extremely pleased! From the original salespeople, the workshops and finally the delivery personnel, the service has been outstanding. We recommend without reservation!
Good quality table and chairs purchased and a number of accessories. The customer service has been amazing and everything dealt with very professionally with no trouble. Our table had a repair recently and has come back looking better than new even in this current climate they have still delivered on their promise 👍👊.
