Very good service, we were encouraged to try the furniture, and directed to the most comfortable and easy to use furniture for our needs. After explaining what our needs are, we was told the most important thing was posture supporting, and also shown the colour that we asked for. We then had a choice of finance or cash. The Manager told us our delivery was due two weeks before Christmas. The staff are very friendly and not pushy, you make the choices not them, and that's how they make you feel. Happy and satisfied.

Excellent store. Very helpful. our salesman Ryan was extremely patient and very knowledgeable. The store is huge with plenty of variety for all your needs. Quality of the furniture is outstanding and priced very fair, and with the option of spreading the payments makes it an excellent opportunity to purchase good quality furniture at an affordable price Well done scs Last but not least, The manager is kind and helpful and looked after our needs. BIG thanks to the staff at scs Mansfield.

The worse company i have ever had the displeasure of encountering! Ordered flooring on the 24th of October to be told it was going to be fit on the 10th of December!!!! But I thought I will give them the chance after being in lockdown, I had to take 2 days off work one to clear my bedroom ready for fitter, 4pm on the 9th I get a phone call to say the fitter is unwell and isn't coming can they book me for after Christmas no apologies nothing....I said no thats not possible I've lost money now I've taken time of work and 4pm the day before like no one could have rang me in the morning to notify me? So I cancelled my order and requested a refund woman had an awful tone. I got told I would receive my order in 3 to day days, 5 days later nothing i ring up and im told my order hasn't even been cancelled and to wait another 5 days yet again no apology disgusting service , didn't take them 2 mins to take my money now 2 months later im waiting for my refund still.

Liars and cheats. Ordered a £4000 lazyboy sofa and chairs and a £900 carpet in early October BOTH with GUARNTEED delivery and install before Xmas. I got a missed call late November realising it was SCS I called them back and they told me the sofa was to be delivered on 2nd of December and the carpet on the 14th of DECEMBER. When I finished the call I found I had a voicemail from SCS (I assume from the missed call) That said the same thing 2nd and 14th of DECEMBER. I still have the voicemail. So on the 13h of December I removed and disposed of my old carpet and moved most of the furniture out of the living room. The next day by 4pm NOTHING no phone calls no messages no carpet. So I called them and they told me the delivery date for the carpet was the 14h of January I corrected them and informed them that I still have the voicemail (along with all the paper work stating an estimated early DECEMBER delivery) They said they would call me back in a hour. 2 hours later I called them again. Nobody seemed to know anything about my previous phone call, but promised they would look into it and call me back the next day before noon. Guess what? With no phone call by 1pm I called them, and AGAIN nobody seemed to know anything about it. Eventually I got them to admit that they didn't even have my carpet in store DISGUSTING they think once they have your money they can play you like a chump. Well not me, Wilsons are coming to fit a carpet on Monday and SCS will be issuing a refund via VISA if necessary. And I will be passing on all this to Trading Standards. SCS are lucky that someone came on the 12th for our old sofa or they would be refunding me for the lazyboy as well. SCUMBAGS. UPDATE: Just got back from SCS Mansfield after receiving a full refund and was informed that the company who makes the carpet went bust over a month ago and my carpet never existed. What were you lying scumbags going to fit in January? No matter, more evidence for Trading Standards . My response to your response: MORE LIES. 1) The guy in the shop said he knew the company had gone bust for over a month but it "was the reasonability of head office to let us know" (a conversation I RECORDED covertly btw) 2) It does not excuse the deception you engaged in when you tied to shift the delivery date by a month and put the blame on me, which you have basically just admitted to. 3) It does not explain what you were going to try and fit in January. Hoping to find and fit a similar carpet and hope I wouldn't notice? If it wasn't for X-mas you would be collecting the sofa and chairs from the front lawn today.

Bad experience, never got my free carpet cleaning kit. Damaged wallpaper and the bathroom flooring. Complained was told bascally not their problem now got to pay for new flooring and wallpaper. Thank you. Never will be buying from this company again!
