Good place to exercise
Enough kitt to enure you get a good workout. Friendly staff and vibe. Clean and loads of parking
I joined as I needed somewhere quick short-term and this was the cheapest in the area so I wasn't expecting much but its great - very clean, variety of machines and equipment, everything is in good condition and works well, nice functional training areas too, everything you could need! Staff are friendly and helpful too.
Very reasonable price and we'll equipped. Pleasant staff.
