The doctors at this surgery have as much scientific skills as a nun. If you have basic problems with basic diagnostic requirements you’ll be fine here. But if you have more complex problems, they are completely incapable of scientific research. If your blood work comes back normal, your symptoms will be deemed imaginary and Dr Rhys will even say ‘you need to get a job’. Yes, getting a job will cure you according to Dr Rhys! It certainly makes their job easier if your symptoms are imaginary. They will also always give you the cheapest medication possible, even if you ask for a different medication. They are ruthless in doing this to the point of making your quality of life worse. Dr Vernon said it is impossible for tonsils to grow back, and refused to refer me on NHS to have second tonsillectomy. I had to pay privately, and the private Dr says he treats people with regrown tonsils all the time! They will also give you loads of antibiotics over many years, which wipe out your good bacteria. Then when you develop mental health problems, M.E, and gut infections (which are known to be caused by a lack of good bacteria), they have the audacity to deduct you from their patient list.

This was my first visit to a doctor in the UK. It was great overall. The receptionist was friendly taking my messages and helping find the office. Dr Jones was very thorough and friendly. They were very careful with covid protocols. I would definitely return.

My husband and I just had our flu jabs. Organisation amazing. Safe and friendly environment.Like a military operation! We were in the surgery minutes. Very impressed. Look forward to the Covid 19 vaccine.

The rudest recepionists you will ever come across. The old woman with glasses and straw coloured wedge bob hair cut is vile. The way she talks to patients is disgraceful. There is no privacy at the desk. They'll ignore you and when you politely ask for assistance they tut and act like youre doing them a major favour. Horrible staff.
