I bought my Mum Hearing Aids as she wasn't getting on with NHS ones. Lisa came & was lovely we had problems with one of the Hearing Aids as Mum's left Ear has a very tiny ear canal due to a Mastoid Operation in 1944 when she was 11 years old. Lisa perserved & got the moulds altered a couple of times no payment was taken until we were 100% happy. Lisa came at a moments notice each time we called her & now Mum is SO happy & is Hearing better than she has in years, although she always wore Hearing Aids, she could never hear me from another room! I highly recommend Lisa Summersell for your Hearing needs she is easy to talk to wants to get it right before discussing money.

Lisa was absolutely amazing.So caring and made me feel less anxious about the experience due to the pain I was having prior.Would definitely recommend her to anyone who Is having problems with their ears. Best money spent in a long time
