Fantastic Personal Training with Sarah. She really listens and understands your goals and aims. Explaining exercises and correcting techniques as you go, making sure you are working out to your optimal ability. I loved my sessions they are fun and achieve fast results, changing your body. She is a great motivator making you work hard but the sessions are so much fun you just do not want to stop. I have exercised muscles in ways I have never done before and that is such great fun. Never boring, thanks Sarah.

Sarah has been my trainer, motivator, confidante and life coach rolled into one. Truly one of a kind, not only skilled, knowledgeable and down to earth, but able to walk the fine line between drill sergeant and chilled work out buddy, which is a rare find! Sensitive to your body and mindset she will give you the right amount of push and motivation to help you achieve your goals, regardless where they lie. Set in a wonderful location with enviable grounds, I highly recommend you try Body Sculpture Fitness, it certainly changed my opinion of personal training and gyms.

Being a novice runner and competing in the Oxford Half Marathon for the first time in 2014, I thought all I needed to do was run.... how wrong could I be! The team at Body Sculpture Fitness taught me to add weight training, resistance training, core and flexibility as well as supplementing my cardio with rowing, cycling, skipping and box jump training (great for the hip flexors). I completed my 2nd Oxford Half last year with a 20 minute reduction in time and no injuries. The Gym is set in the beautiful Aynho Park grounds and is an oasis of calm and discretion after years at a corporate gym with no personality. 5 star service from a committed and inspirational team. *****
