Went to buy some tropical fish. Got the proper 3rd degree, name, address, email, phone number and even asked how long I'd had my tank. Why? Was told that it wasn't for marketing purposes and I doubt anyone from pets at home will ever ring or visit to make sure I'm not mistreating them will they.

LOVE THIS PLACE! Visit a lot to buy my bunch some dog food/treats etc. Recently visited for a dog tag after a bad experience at another engravers & left super happy! My pup looks amazing now! Very quick & super friendly, lovely staff!! A***

Lots of choice. All pet animals catered for. Great selection of wild bird food too. Service a bit indifferent but adequate.

Nowhere to lock up a bike. This shop is less than half a mile from me so I'm not going to drive there but I need to buy a large pack of cat litter that is heavy. I can carry it on my bike easily but there's nowhere to safely lock my bike so I don't use this shop
