Our dogs always seem happy to go here
Sharing this now as was too upset to share at the time. Booked my cat in here a few years ago when I was going on holiday. The place is closed for lunch in the middle of the day for two and a half hours which is advertised on the website but I didn't see it. I unfortunately turned up with my cat during those hours and rang the bell. The female owner came flying out of the house and started to shout and scream at me. She asked me if I could read as there was a sign on the kennel entrance however by the time I had got to the place to drop off my cat I wasn't able to come back at the opening time in the afternoon. Really upsetting experience and I definitely wouldn't recommend. This was an honest mistake and the owner was really aggressive towards me. Wouldn't trust them to look after any pet. If they're like that with humans, goodness knows what they're like with animals.
Excellent staff and very clean kennels. Easy to drive past as the entrance is not sign posted very well.
Always look after our pets brilliantly, well done.
So happy with my dog going to Pampered Pets. She's just had another week there and her coat always looks so soft and clean when she comes back. I certainly do not have any worries in her going and recommend the place.
