I would wholeheartedly never shop here again. I ordered a hutch that I never received. Communication was absolutely awful and I kept recieving excuses as to why I hadn't received it. They said they ordered a courier to get the hutch delivered to me but no one was in to receive it which was a lie. My brother in law is agoraphobic so he certainly knows whenever someone is coming to the door and my disabled mother is in the house the majority of the time but also said that no one came. I did eventually get a refund after they stopped replying to my messages when I said nothing rude or offensive. They would only respond when my partner contacted them. Please spend your money elsewhere and don't waste your time with these people.

We are currently in dispute with Mr Kevin Wakefield regarding some hutches he tried to send us on 22nd Feb. We ordered 2 banks of 7ft Hutches. Total cost £460, leaving a deposit of £75. We asked for the same as an image we sent him and he confirmed he could do exactly the same. Up to this point all was well. Come delivery date it was delayed by a day, no biggie. Then when the hutches did arrive they were the wrong size. We ordered 7ft, recieved 5ft. Then inspecting the hutches on the back of the van, the hutches were made from completely different wood to the one specified. The design was completely different. We asked for a image of them before he set off, got none. The hutches were nothing similar to the ones requested, even missing a door on each one only to be told once they had actually arrived he couldn't do them like that. In this case he should have said he couldn't make the hutches and then we could have gone elsewhere. We are now £75 out of pocket, as he is refusing do give us our deposit back. Absolutely scandalous. I'll see you soon Mr Perfect Pet.
