Always a pleasant, stress free experience. The amazing optometrists at this store, picked up my eye condition at 21. My condition was only be confirmed on my final scan to detect, because they caught it so early! I am forever grateful for that, as it may save my vision in time. I've used this branch ever since - I highly recommend!
Excellent service,staff are always extremely helpful and polite,I'll always use this branch of Specsavers for eye tests and new glasses, lovely stress free experience.
The West Bridgford store is great i use them for my whole family but today I have been on the phone on hold for 1hr 32mins as I write this. When I joined the call it said I was no 2 in the queue.
UPDATE : I contacted Specsavers through their internal contact system and they called me within 5 minutes, while i was still on hold trying to get through. Seems there had been a technical error with my call and it had gotten lost in the system. They offered to see my child within an hour. Amazing service thank you so much West Bridgford Specsavers! 😀
Great service but maybe just a little to busy during these times of Covid.
