Beautiful furniture very well made and lots to choose from, easy from ordering to delivery was perfect, any questions you wanted to ask about talk to customer services and they were more than helpful, so overall very good.

Bought a new bedroom suite including the most expensive mattress I have ever bought which turns out to be the worst mattress ever bought not had one good night's sleep on it in 18 months also still waiting for our free item because we spent over £1500 which was a promotion at the time

Might have some decent furniture but the staff are ridiculously rude, especially an extremely large, rounded and possibly over encumbered member of staff who was particularly pushy and douchey. Which made me vote with my packed wallet and decide not to spend a penny in this store.

Shocking service. Delivered damaged then refused to collect for 5 days however did an about turn when I contacted watchdog and arrange collection for tomorrow. Have left me with two sofas in a very small living room and have mis-sold me pads for the feet that we didn't need which was admitted by them on a phone call. Would never shop here again!
