I can’t recommend Gemma highly enough. I have been attending group sessions for over a year now at her studio and it’s made so much difference to my strength and fitness. Her group sessions are small, friendly and always really varied. They’ve been a great accompaniment to my running and I know that being stronger has had a positive impact on my performance. Gemma is great at keeping the sessions interesting and is always looking for new ways to develop both us and herself. I can also really recommend her as a massage therapist. She is particularly great at working with anyone that has a niggle that might be holding them back from taking part in sport. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend Gemma. Over the last couple of years I have really seen an improvement in my core strength which is down to her excellent training sessions. Her thorough knowledge, positivity and attention to detail means that you always get the most out of your session. Finally (but importantly) I always feel welcome! Thank you Gemma 😊

I have attended Gemma's injury clinic and have just signed up for the second set of six weeks. I have found Gemma very insightful in being able to tailor exercises to suit the specific injury that have helped me gain strength without causing too much pain in the injured area as other exercises I had been given have done. Attending each week and going through the exercises with Gemma and other attendees helps to keep the focus and motivation while building back up to running.

I met Gemma when I initially went for a sports massage to help with my hip - I suffer from lower back pain and hip pain when running or standing for too long and sometimes even sitting for too long and I have degeneration of the lower lumbar spine. She mentioned the injury clinic and after 6 weeks I feel pain free never thought I would be like this! I realise I need to keep up the exercises I was taught! Would highly recommend Gemma and am looking forward to moving forward with more training techniques with her.
