I hope you don't break down and have to rely on this company, the guys on the phone was rude and it's like his making up prices as he goes along. There was a few companies who didn't pick up so I guess on the other hand, only thing good about them is that they actually picked up. I understand out of hours prices but theres limits, they are totally taking advantage of people in trouble. Luckily I found someone who came out and helped me for half the price. Sort out your prices! And replace the guy on the phone!

I hit a curb and lost 2 tires on a Saturday morning around 2 am. Ameer was very helpful and he gave me a very good deal on new tires. Great service and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Best in the game! Definitely recommend. Was stranded on the A2, driver arrived in 35 minutes - he was friendly, polite, helpful and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Amazing service, will use again & again. I’ve waited for other recovery services for over 3 hours before and did not receive the same service. Thank you V&H team

Stranded on the motorway in the dead of night, AA organised a pick up for us. First tow truck was the most miserable man on Earth, NOT V&H man. He towed us a short distance and then dumped us at South Mims services. V&H man turned up at prescribed time, couldn't have been friendlier or more professional. (Bethnal Green man) went out of his way to make a positive improvement on what was a tough night. What a great operative and what a great advertisement for the company.

Horrendous experience. Broke down on a busy road in London whilst taking my 3 year old niece to a hospital appointment. I was told they would be with me withing an hour and a half. There was no communication, I had to phone them constantly to ask where they were. 6 hours later they turned up! The recovery vehicle didn't even attempt to check the car at the roadside and took us to a garage we couldn't get into because they had expected me to phone them to make an appointment, (I'm not local so have no idea where I was). I had to phone another garage, who took pity on us and the 3 year old. The driver then tried to refuse to take us, even though it was a 1 minute drive from where we were. The person on the phone was extremely rude and patronising. I have never experienced such awful service. The fact they felt this was acceptable to leave two women and a toddler stranded is disgusting. Do not use this company, they do not deserve to called a recovery service or receive your business!
